I installed the p-valve today, and then my new drysuit is complete. A new hood arrived this week, and I did the final trimming of seals and dry gloves.

The K01 is a new brand to me. Their 8mm hood is in the expensive end but highly recommended by many cold water divers. It fits very well and, and considering its made of only three pieces of neoprene its obvious the makers know a thing or two about fit. Its very comfortable to wear.

For dry gloves, I will use the simple solution with gloves with seals overlapping the wrist seals over suitable inner gloves. Scubapro Easy Dry Pro provides good grip for underwater photography, and the simple latex inside makes it easy to fix any leaks.
