Scallops

I rarely catch anything but pictures when I’m diving. However, every now and then it’s nice to treat guests with fresh, local seafood. Hand picked.

This morning I did one of those rare dives without my camera. I wanted a few scallops, and I knew exactly where to find them. I picked a small bag, just enough for today’s dinner and left plenty behind.

A favorite starter, this will all be gone this evening. Looking forward to it.
